Seacliff Golf Club has a proud local history. For 45 years, it operated as Marion Park Golf Club. It was founded in 1980 by a group of southern suburbs locals who wanted a more social and affordable way to play golf. Their goal was simple: enjoy the game without the high fees and strict rules of larger clubs.

In April 2025, the club entered a new chapter. We moved into a brand new clubhouse with updated bar and pro shop facilities. At the same time, the course was renamed by the City of Marion, and we officially became Seacliff Golf Club.

Since then, we’ve welcomed hundreds of members. They enjoy a recognised Golf Australia handicap, regular competitions, and a relaxed, community feel. The setting is one of the most scenic in Adelaide.

Recently, the course was upgraded with a modern irrigation system. This brought back green fairways, defined rough, and smooth, consistent greens. Every Saturday, we run weekly 18-hole competitions using alternate tees on our 9-hole layout. These events are open to both men and women.

From the back tees, even a scratch golfer will find Par a challenge. That’s not due to condition, but because of the course’s layout. The undulating fairways create a round that’s rewarding and memorable, without being exhausting. And if you prefer, electric carts are available.

Most importantly, the views are unforgettable. With 270-degree views across the coastline and Adelaide plains, Seacliff Golf Club delivers a golf experience with a view.
